Product video studio · for B2B SaaS

Your product videos, retaken every release.

Every release breaks your product videos. We re-record them.

We record a 60–90 second video of your own product, free. If you like it, we build your video library and re-record every video your next release breaks. AI voice, real browser, checked by a person before you see it.

Free. No call, no card. You watch it before you talk to anyone.

The problem

Your UI ships every two weeks. Your videos don’t.

Every release moves a button, renames a tab or adds a step. The video in your help centre keeps showing the old screen, and support answers the same question again.

Hire an agency

Pay again per change

About $3,160 for one 60-second product video (Advids, 2025), weeks of briefs and reviews, and a new project when the screen changes.

Buy a tool

Own it yourself

The software is cheap. The person who scripts, records, edits and re-records every video after every release is not.

Do nothing

Let it age

The video stays up, showing last year’s screens, and your customers learn to skip it.

How it works

See it first. Then keep it current.

Three steps, and you don’t do any of the recording. The first one costs nothing and needs nothing from you but a product URL.

01

A free spec video of your own product

We pick a task your users actually do, sign up for your product the normal way (as Retakely, with demo data we make up) and record a 60–90 second walkthrough. It lands on a private page only you have the link to.

  • Real browser, your real product
  • Watermarked “spec video · not affiliated”
  • One click takes it down for good

02

A Video Map of what your users need

We read your docs, changelog and support questions and rank the videos worth making, up to a hundred of them. You choose; we produce walkthroughs, Shorts and help-centre clips in your brand.

  • Ranked by how often people get stuck
  • Every row links to its source
  • You approve each video in your portal

03

Retaken every release

We watch your changelog and replay every video’s steps against your product. When a step no longer matches the screen, that video is re-recorded, checked and swapped in your library, and you approve it.

  • Re-records are part of the plan
  • Same script, new screens, same voice
  • Your embeds update in place

Inside the studio

Agents do the recording. People do the checking.

This is the Studio Floor, the board we run every video on. Each card is one video moving from research to recording to QA. Nothing reaches you until a person has watched it.

Recorded in a real browser

Every click is a real click in your product, on a demo account we fill with made-up data. No stitched screenshots.

Checked by a person

A QA pass replays the script step by step, then a person watches the whole video before you do.

AI, said plainly

The narration is an AI voice and agents do the recording. We’ll always tell you which parts are AI, and ask before anything is published.

Pricing

Priced by the library, not the video.

Every price is on this page. Start with the free spec video; most of what follows only makes sense once you’ve seen one.

$3,160One 60-second product video from an agency, on average

That’s the average agency price for a single 60-second product explainer in Advids’ 2025 survey. Vidico quotes $5,000 to $20,000+ per video. And when your next release moves a button, you pay again.

Retakely prices the library, so re-recording after a release is part of the plan, not a new project.

Questions

The honest answers.

Anything else? Ask us directly.

You made a video of our product without asking?

We sign up like any other user, under our real name, after checking that your terms allow it. The video sits on an unlisted page with a “not affiliated” watermark, nothing is published anywhere, and one click takes it down for good.

Is this AI?

Partly, and we’ll always say which part. Agents drive a real browser through your product and draft the script. The narration is an AI voice. A person checks every video before you see it.

Will the voice sound robotic?

We use current neural voices, paced to the screen, with captions. The spec video is the honest test: listen to it before you decide anything.

How accurate is it?

Every click is real, in your actual product. A QA pass replays the script step by step and flags anything that doesn’t match the screen, then a person watches the video. Spot something wrong? Leave a comment at that second and we fix it.

Will it match our brand?

Library videos use your logo, colours, fonts and tone, captured once into a brand kit. The free spec video uses our neutral house style, because we haven’t met yet.

How much of our team’s time does this take?

For the spec video: none. For a library: a sandbox login (shared through a password vault, never by email) and a click to approve each video. No briefs, no recording sessions, no editing.

Will you see our customers’ data?

No. We only record demo data we make up ourselves, and never a screen with real customer data. Your sandbox logins stay in a vault, not in email or chat.

Who owns the videos?

You do, once they’re paid for. Download them, embed them, cut them up.

What if we cancel?

Library has a three-month minimum. After that you can stop, and every video you’ve paid for stays yours. We stop re-recording, so from then on they age like any other video.

Why is the spec video free?

Because showing beats telling. It costs us some compute; it saves you a sales call. If you like it, keep it for $750 or start a library. If not, it’s gone.

How is this different from Clueso, Trupeer or Synthesia?

Those are good tools, and someone on your team still records, edits and re-records with them. We deliver finished videos and keep them current after every release. If you have that person, a tool may be enough. If you don’t, that’s us.

Are you affiliated with the products in your demos?

No. The products in our mockups are fictional, and every spec video carries a “not affiliated” watermark until its owner buys it.

Where do you work?

With teams in the US and Canada for now.
